Noah Schamus is a Brooklyn-based filmmaker of both documentary and narrative films.
Their first feature Summer Solstice has screened at film festivals across the US and Europe, and will be released theatrically this summer.
Their most recent hybrid documentary short, The Script was co-directed with Brit Fryer, and produced by Multitude Films as a part of their Queer Futures series, which was supported by Chicken & Egg Pictures and the Ford Foundation. The film can currently be seen on The New Yorker.
They are currently in development on a variety of projects, including their second narrative feature, as well as their first hybrid documentary feature alongside Brit Fryer which recently won the Jerome Grant.
Noah currently splits their time between NYC and the Twin Cities.
