Noah Schamus is a filmmaker and editor.

His debut feature Summer Solstice screened at festivals across the US and Europe, including Provincetown, NewFest, and Deauville, and was distributed by Cartilage Films. The film received a New York Times Critic’s Pick.

His hybrid documentary short, The Script was co-directed with Brit Fryer, and produced by Multitude Films as a part of their Queer Futures series. The Script can currently be seen on The New Yorker and The Criterion Channel.

He is currently in post-production on his feature documentary, With Time, as co-director and editor, alongside co-director Brit Fryer, and producer Jesse Miller. With Time is a co-production with ITVS Open Call and is Executive Produced by Multitude Films. The film has received support from JustFilms | Ford Foundation, Doc Society, Chicken & Egg Films, the Jerome Foundation, The Points North Institute, and others.

He is also in development on his third feature, a dark comedy about the apocalypse.
